School Admin accounts are created and managed by your school, so deleting your account and the information linked to it is done by your school's administrators. Follow these steps.

Ask for your account to be deleted

1. Ask your school's head administrator (a user with full rights) to remove your staff account in the BioPass web console.
2. If you can't reach them, email [email protected] with your school name, your name and the email or phone you sign in with. We confirm it is you, pass the request to your school, and follow up with you.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your staff account (name, email or phone, password, quick PIN, notification tokens and sessions), and, where your school agrees, your photo and voice recordings.
• Removed by signing out of the app: your session, notification token and the school data saved on your phone.
• May be kept by the school or the law: records the school must keep, such as attendance and actions logged against your name, for the period required.
• Our records: your deletion request is kept for up to 12 months as proof that you asked.
